Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with any purchase, please let us know and we will try our best to make it up to you.


If, for any reason, you would like to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns for unopened products in their original packaging. You may be responsible for the costs of shipping the returned items.


Shipping is free for orders over $59.99 and all orders under $59.99 have a flat $9.99 shipping fee.

Orders are handled and shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping is via UPS, USPS or FedEx (excluding weekends).

Please note: In order to preserve the quality of our heat sensitive products (e.g. chocolate, yogurt) while shipping during warm weather, we recommend placing orders with cold packs and to ensure the effectiveness of the cold packs, we only ship such orders from Mondays to Wednesdays to avoid packages from being left in the heat over weekends. Orders for warmer locations that are ordered without cold packs, and arrive damaged due to heat, will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
